For most families, the first visit to the dentist doesn't happen in the dental chair. It happens on a phone, late at night, when a parent is searching for answers and wondering if this is the right place for their little one. We know that moment well.

So when we built the Brave Kids Dental Co. website, we gave it the same goal as our office in Sandy, UT: you should feel calm, cared for and well informed from the very first click.

The same calm you'll feel when you walk in

Our office was designed around one question: how does this feel to a kid walking in for the first time? We asked the website the same question, and answered it the same way.

• The same soft blues. Soft sky, bold blue and clean white, the colors from our logo and our walls, picked to feel like a deep breath.
• The same friendly letters. Round, hand-drawn style lettering with no sharp corners and nothing that feels clinical.
• The same friendly face. Sandy, our caped turtle, greets you online just like he'll greet your child at the front desk.
• Room to breathe. Short blocks of text, plenty of space and no clutter, so nothing feels overwhelming.

Clear answers, the way we'd explain them in person

In our office, we explain every step in simple words and make sure parents always know what we're doing and why. We wanted our website to do the same. That's why we write for parents in plain language, without dental jargon, and answer the questions we know are on your mind: when to bring your baby in, what a first visit looks like and how we care for nervous kids.

Getting to know us before you visit

Kids feel braver when a place already feels familiar, and parents do too. On our website, your family can meet Dr. Vy, say hi to Sandy and take a peek inside our office, from the wave-shaped ceiling to the sea turtles on the floor. By the time you walk in, it will feel a little like coming back.
